Warehouse Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated warehouse worker to strengthen our dynamic team! At Wizetalents, we are seeking a driven individual who enjoys challenges and teamwork.

As a warehouse worker, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse activities. This includes receiving, checking, and storing goods, as well as picking and preparing orders for shipment.

You are an essential link in our logistics process:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods;
• Correct storage of products in the warehouse;
• Picking orders according to customer wishes;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Taking quality controls;
• Maintaining inventory administration;
• Participating in inventories;
• Caring for a clean and safe warehouse.

Requirements

You are a true team player who is willing to roll up your sleeves. You work accurately and have an eye for detail. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You have some experience working in a warehouse environment;
• You are physically fit and able to lift and walk;
• You possess good knowledge of Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts;
• You prefer having a forklift certificate, but this is not required;
• You have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.

As a warehouse worker, we are looking for the following profile:

• Experience and knowledge in warehouse operations
• Experience and knowledge in a production environment (steel)
• Experience and knowledge with automation, barcodes, and informatization
• Knowledge of tools related to transport, storage, and stacking equipment
• Administrative knowledge for understanding and filling out documents
• Knowledge of guidelines regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental care
• Practical knowledge of legislation and regulations
• Flexible to work in a shift system (early/morning/late – operational between 6am and 10pm)
• Operating a forklift – having a valid certificate is a requirement!
• Operating a pallet truck – having a valid certificate is a requirement!
• Safety- and environmentally aware
• Self-sufficient and flexible to work
• Efficient, punctual, and organized
• Stress-resistant and team player
