Warehouse Assistant, PLG, Boksburg

The Core Group, home of iStore and leading premium technology brands, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our fast-paced operations environments. This role is critical to ensuring accurate stock control, smooth warehouse operations, and effective AppleCare administration across iStores, Service Centres, and Authorised Service Providers (ASPs). Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Management: • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records; • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy of stock levels; • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels; • Assist in the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. Warehouse Operations: • Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space; • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment; • Assist in the coordination of deliveries and pickups; • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency. AppleCare Administration: • Administer AppleCare services across iStores, Service Centres, and Authorised Service Providers (ASPs); • Manage and maintain accurate records of AppleCare transactions; • Provide excellent customer service and support; • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues. Requirements: • Matric/Grade 12 with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an operational environment; • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records; • Excellent organizational and time management skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
