Warehouse AND Distributions Manager

Job Title: Warehouse and Distributions Manager Location: Olifantsfontein Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our clients team as a Warehouse and Distributions Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and distribution of products. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs; • Developing and implementing effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels; • Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products; • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; • At least 3 years' experience in a warehouse management role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and leadership abilities; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
