Warehouse Administrator

As Warehouse Administrator, you will be part of an enthusiastic and tight-knit team that ensures the smooth operation of the central warehouse in Schelle. You are the administrative hub that keeps track, brings structure, and likes to dive deep.

You feel comfortable with meticulous work, like to keep control over processes, and find it interesting to delve into the content and materials used. Thanks to your electrical knowledge, you understand what's going on at the workplace and can provide targeted support.

What will you do?

• You place orders and process orders in the ERP system.

• You ensure correct logistical administrative follow-up.

• You make delivery notes for delivered materials.

• You manage and control documentation and attachments.

• You maintain, check, and enrich the existing article database.

• You have regular contact with suppliers and monitors agreements.

• You prepare reports and ensures that information is accurate down to the details.

• You support warehouse staff, Team Lead Warehousing, and internal customers.

• You jump in regularly at the reception and lending service of the warehouse.

In short: a versatile function for someone who is secondarily strong, likes to keep order and overview, and finds it fun to be content-related within a technical and logistical environment.
