Warehouse, 3PL | General Manager (Distribution Business)

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehousing and distribution business. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and drivers. Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement training programs for operations staff. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, and customer satisfaction. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures. Manage and resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
