Waiter/Waitress SALAS VIP - Airport T4

Job description

Our customers rate our service through QR codes located throughout the room, so it's important that we strive to create quality experiences for all those who visit us. Everyone who works in the VIP Salas has a fundamental role in satisfying our clients

As a waiter/waitress, your main functions and/or responsibilities will be:

To attend to customers in the VIP Salas of Iberia.
To manage the buffet, wine cellar, and restaurant (à la carte service) in the VIP Salas.
To collect and clean tables in the VIP Salas.
To verify internal and external protocols.
To control inventory.
To support the management of customer needs.
To ensure proper maintenance of equipment (coffee, wine, etc.).
