What you’ll do…
- You’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table.
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Make sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests leave.
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
