You are passionate about serving and receiving, rigorous, smiling, and driven by the desire to evolve in a exceptional gastronomic establishment.
:
- Participate in setting up the room before each service
- Ensure the smooth running of the service under the supervision of senior chefs
- Welcome and accompany clients to their tables with courtesy and professionalism
- Contribute to the fluidity of the service and the good pace of deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and elegance in the workplace environment
- Learn and apply high standards of service in a starred house specific to the establishment
