The main responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress role include:

• Courteous and personalized service in restaurants, bars, events, and room service
• Realization of à la carte and buffet service, following the highest standards of hospitality (Forbes, LQA)
• Rigorous compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Care for mise en place and zeal for equipment and materials
• Polishing utensils, organizing the salon, and supporting set-ups
• Attention to preferences, dietary restrictions, and feedback from guests
• Collaboration with the team and support for supervisors as needed
