Hosco What will be your mission? As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and delivering food and beverages to our customers, ensuring an excellent overall experience. What will you have to do? - Provide exceptional customer service that fosters satisfaction. - Welcome and recognize all guests according to the Company's standards. - Maintain direct and frequent contact with guests, especially during important moments of their stay, such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or events or meetings (banqueting, coffee break, etc.). - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of regular guests, paying attention to their preferences. - Know and offer various products and services available at the hotel restaurant. - Review daily specials and menu changes with the corresponding F&B team. - Manage reservations at the restaurant. - Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders are delivered on time. - Set up and clean tables in the restaurant and meeting rooms as required. - Meet processes and procedures related to product setup, quality, and service according to brand standards. - Manage cash handling and transaction processing using the point-of-sale system. This includes managing cash and processing transactions with credit and debit cards. - Identify opportunities to increase F&B revenue through upselling. - Ensure all F&B points of sale are clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests. - Follow all relevant sanitary regulations and customer service guidelines. What are we looking for? - Previous experience in similar roles at other hotel chains or related industries will be highly valuable. - Professional training in hospitality/F&B. - Knowledge of the local language and English is very important. - Familiarity with various software programs (Microsoft Office, POS, etc.). - Customer orientation. - Active listening and effective communication skills. - Attention to detail. - Sales orientation. - Ability to work alone and in a team.
