Your Missions :
The waiter assists the maître d’hôtel for the service in the dining room. He ensures orders from clients and supervises a team of commis and servers. His missions include, among others:
- Prepare and arrange the dining room
- Lay out the table settings
- Welcome and seat customers
- Ensure the smooth running of the service in the dining room
- Anticipate customer needs
- Pass orders to commis
- Cutlery and presentation in the dining room
- Manage cash operations
