Waiter Assistant - SEEN RESTAURANT & BAR

As a member of the SEEN SÃO PAULO team, the waiter assistant will be responsible for providing sophisticated service and ensuring customer satisfaction according to the property's, brand's, and certifiers' standards.

Brief activity description:

• Maintain the highest standard of excellence in Food & Beverage services;
• Use appropriate techniques regarding food manipulation and services in general;
• Behave in a friendly, professional, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, customers, and colleagues;
• Acknowledge all service standards of the company, brand, and certifiers during the exercise of their labor activities;
• Maintain knowledge about all specialties and general descriptions of menu items;
• Transmit customer orders to the kitchen/bar, paying attention to and respecting their particularities and details;
• Totalize customer bills, present them in a timely manner, and obtain full payment according to established financial procedures by the restaurant;
• Prioritize organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of your workspace;
• Prioritize organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of work materials;
• Practice all safety, sanitary, and loss prevention procedures determined by the employer and certifiers;
• Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings when requested;
• Other related tasks as required.
