Serve food and drinks, providing information and taking orders to attend customers at various sales points (restaurant, bar, room service, events etc.) • Present and suggest to customers items from the menu (dishes, drinks etc.) • Care for the organization and hygiene of materials to be used. • Prepare the mise-en-place of sales points. • Present the bill and receive payments from customers. • Launch orders in the system, close accounts and issue respective invoices when necessary. • Apply the processes and procedures of the “Auto Control” area; • Apply food safety best practices relevant to the area; • Assist in setting up and replenishing buffet services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. • Assist in setting up and stocking event rooms, as well as food and beverage services, such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktails, when necessary. • Perform other related tasks according to the needs of the area.
