We're working with a busy, family-style Italian restaurant that's looking to add experienced, customer-focused wait staff to their front-of-house team as soon as possible.

The Role
As a member of the wait team, you will:
- Greet and seat guests, taking orders and managing tables professionally
- Provide friendly, attentive service throughout each service period
- Confidently explain menu items, specials and make basic recommendations
- Run food and drinks, clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Handle payments and basic POS operations
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or busy café is strongly preferred
- Confident, clear communication and a warm manner with guests
- Ability to carry plates, trays and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic wine and beverage knowledge is a bonus
- Must have the right to work in Australia and relevant certificates (e.g. RSA if required)
