[Wafer Fab] Principal Process Integration Engineer

Job description

Role Overview: Responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating semiconductor processes to meet technical and yield targets, supporting product transfer, and resolving process-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize custom or derivative semiconductor processes. Conduct DOE, monitor process metrics, and maintain ET/CPK standards. Identify and resolve integration issues and yield opportunities. Run prototype lots and support process change requests. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on process development, optimization, and integration. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, including process flowsheets, recipes, and standard operating procedures.
