Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a strong understanding of Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) and their role in protecting web applications from various types of attacks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with WAFs, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain WAF configurations to ensure the security of web-based applications. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate WAFs into existing application architectures. • Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. • Develop and maintain documentation for WAF configurations and security best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience working with WAFs, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance. • Strong understanding of web application security threats and mitigation strategies. • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
