Are you an experienced Aged Care Nurse leader seeking a rewarding challenge in a culturally rich and remote environment? A not-for-profit Aboriginal Community–owned aged care provider in remote WA is looking for a Clinical and Quality Manager to lead clinical governance and uphold the standards of care in a small residential facility. As the Clinical and Quality Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across all clinical functions, quality systems, accreditation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the CEO and ensure the facility meets all Aged Care Quality Standards while delivering culturally appropriate and person-centred care.

What’s on offer:
- Salary of $140,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation

As the Clinical and Quality Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across all clinical functions, quality systems, accreditation, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor clinical and ancillary staff
- Oversee care planning, audits, quality assurance, and incident management
- Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance with all standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- A minimum of 2 years in a management or senior leadership role in aged care or a similar setting
- Full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available)
