Shelf Stocker

As a Shelf Stocker at Albert Heijn, you help unload trucks and stock the shelves. You'll naturally build muscles by lifting, and you can set your step counter to high gear! You are responsible for replenishing our shelves and keeping the store organized. You'll quickly learn that 'mirroring' has nothing to do with a mirror, and you ensure that our customers can always quickly find what they are looking for. You do this together with a great team of colleagues.

We are looking for someone who knows how to get things done, is enthusiastic, and can work well in a team. Supermarket experience is not a must, but it's a plus. The most important thing is that you are motivated, have a positive attitude, and enjoy meeting new people.

Your schedule is flexible and planned in consultation with your manager. Of course, you can also swap a shift with a colleague occasionally if that works better.

Your salary will be determined based on the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO). If you work 12 hours or less per week, you will receive an all-in hourly wage. If you work 13 hours or more (maximum 40) per week, you will receive an hourly wage based on the CAO and are entitled to holiday or ADV hours. We will gladly explain this to you during an interview.
