- Standard Consult $100
- Long Consult $150
- 4 - 5 patients per hour
- Dr owned group teaching practice
- 6 Consulting rooms
- Treatment room with 2 beds
- Procedure room
- RN on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- Allied Health on site
- Mixed billing
