- Standard Consult $98.75
- Long Consult $153.40
- 3 RNs on at all times
- 6 treatment rooms
- Procedure room
- Dr owned group practice
- 23 Consulting rooms
- Allied Health on site
- Mixed billing
- 4 patients per hour
- Fully accredited
