$170 per hour for 3 months or 70%
Standard Consult $87
Long Consult $128
2 RNs on at all times
CDM Nurse
Treatment room with 3 beds
Dr owned group practice
16 Consulting rooms
Procedure room
5 patients per hour
Mixed billing
Allied Health on site
