VP Supply Chain & Fulfillment

Our client is looking for their next VP Supply Chain & Fulfillment for Mexico, to lead and scale one of the most dynamic and demanding logistics networks in the country. It's a role with enormous operational impact. The main responsibility is to design and execute the next generation of supply chain and fulfillment strategy: from fulfillment centers and distribution, to transportation and last mile. The challenge is clear: absorb strong volume growth while elevating levels of complexity and efficiency. This requires a deep understanding of the Mexican market, as well as expertise in logistics, operations, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and driving process improvements. They must be able to balance short-term needs with long-term goals, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, and be able to demonstrate their expertise through specific examples and case studies. They must also be willing to relocate to Mexico for this role.
