About the role As Vice President of Population Health, you will lead and scale Covera’s Protect Seniors program, a core pillar of the company’s AI-driven quality platform. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Operations - owning the performance and growth of a proven population health model while serving as the primary relationship owner for our health plan and PCP partners. You will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategy, execution, and outcomes, operating at the center of Covera’s ecosystem across payers, providers, and patients. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive population health strategy that drives quality improvement, patient engagement, and cost savings for our partners. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health plans, PCPs, and other healthcare organizations. Additionally, you will work closely with the data analytics team to develop and implement metrics and dashboards that track program performance and inform strategic decisions. About the qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong background in population health management, with experience leading and scaling programs that drive quality improvement, patient engagement, and cost savings. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
