VP, Operations BRM & Transformation

MUFG Bank, Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking a Vice President, Business Relationship Manager (BRM) – Operations, responsible for overseeing operational technology demands and initiatives. This role entails understanding business and system transformation needs and acting as a critical connector within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in financial services, with strengths in operational risk management, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes; • Collaborating with various teams to identify and prioritize operational technology demands and initiatives; • Providing strategic guidance on operational technology investments and ensuring alignment with business objectives; • Identifying and mitigating operational risks through effective risk management practices; • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; • Experience working in a matrix organization structure; • Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and standards; • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
