Job Responsibilities Credit Risk Management Prepare high-quality credit applications, reports, risk assessments including comprehensive financial and sensitivity analyses and validation of key assumptions for a portfolio of transactions including but not limited to leverage/acquisition financing and structured credit (core requirement) as well as fund finance and/or real estate financing. Distil complex credit structures and risk considerations into clear, concise and well-structured applications, reports and presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication of credit strategies and portfolio performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Finance, Operations and Compliance to develop and implement comprehensive credit policies and procedures. Provide expert-level support for the development and maintenance of credit risk models, stress testing and scenario analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's credit portfolio, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for growth. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in credit processes and procedures, implementing changes as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Provide thought leadership on credit risk management best practices and industry trends, staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and market conditions.
