VP, IT — Enterprise Technology Leadership

The Role

This position leads enterprise IT strategy and operations for a large, complex organization, reporting into senior executive leadership. The mandate covers digital transformation, cybersecurity and risk governance, infrastructure and systems reliability, budget ownership, and team leadership across a multi-site or matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise IT strategy and execution, aligned to business priorities
• Lead major transformation programs: ERP, cloud migration, analytics, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives
• Ensure reliability, security, and continuous improvement of core systems and infrastructure
• Manage multi-million dollar IT budgets and vendor/RFP processes
• Establish IT governance and security standards across the organization
• Lead and develop IT teams across multiple sites or business units
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
• 15-20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior management roles
• Track record managing multi-million dollar IT budgets and enterprise-scale portfolios
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale digital transformation (ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, or automation)
• Experience operating in large, decentralized, or matrixed organizations
• Strong cybersecurity and governance knowledge
• Proven executive stakeholder management track record

Preferred

• ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF, PMP, CISM, or cloud architect certification
• Hands-on exposure to AI platform integration or enterprise data/analytics platforms
