About Scento

Scento is the largest perfume decant site in Europe. Founded in 2024, the company is headquartered in Paris, Place Vendôme, with a second office in Berlin. Scento offers over 1,000 designer and niche perfumes in decants, all original, sourced from a portfolio of 200 houses: 2ml, 5ml, and 8ml bottles, as well as a 30ml bottle for most perfumes. Perfume decanting allows you to discover niche and major house perfume samples before investing in a full bottle. Each perfume is an original purchased from authorized European resellers, and each bottle undergoes a 12-point incoming inspection at Scento's ISO-certified site before being decanted.

Scento serves customers in 27 European markets and delivers to 26 countries in the European Union. By 2026, Scento's annual revenue exceeds 30 million euros, combining online and offline sales. On Scento.com, monthly decant sales in September 2026 were 3.2 times higher than in January 2026. According to Scento, over 3 million perfume decants are sold each year, or about one every 10 seconds. In November 2025, Scento announced a 25 million euro investment over three years in perfume discovery in Europe.

The Role

Scento offers over 1,000 original designer and niche perfumes, from a portfolio of 200 houses, in 2ml, 5ml, and 8ml bottles as well as 30ml for most items. Our customers are in 27 European markets, and monthly decant sales on Scento.com in September 2026 reached 3.2 times that of January 2026.

As VP Growth Europe, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will drive a singular growth trajectory: acquisition, conversion, retention, and new market opening. Success means profitable and predictable growth, led by channel managers aligned with a common plan.

Your Missions

• You will define Scento's growth strategy and objectives across its 27 European markets, from acquisition to retention.
• You will lead Performance Marketing, SEO & AI Search, CRM & Lifecycle, and Partnerships managers around a unified growth plan.
• You will allocate a significant multi-channel acquisition budget (Meta, Google, TikTok, Creators, Affiliation) according to CAC and ROI timeframe objectives.
• You will collaborate with Product and Data to drive the experimentation program on the store and payment funnel.
• You will build seasonal highlights, from the perfume advent calendar to the gift-giving season, in each market.
• You will report on growth to the Founder and transform data into weekly decisions.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in growth or marketing, with at least 4 years leading the growth of a fast-expanding D2C or e-commerce company in Europe.
• A demonstrated track record of scaling paid and organic channels across multiple European countries and languages.
• A strong commercial and analytical sense: unit economics, CAC, LTV, cohort analysis.
• Experience managing senior managers; fluent English; French or German is a significant plus.

Compensation and Application

Compensation: €190,000 to €250,000 gross per year, in a full-time permanent contract (CDI), plus an annual performance bonus.
