VP, Global District Cooling & Mechanical Infrastructure

A leading infrastructure company in Singapore is searching for a Vice President - District Cooling & Mechanical Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership for their District Cooling System. The ideal candidate will have over 19 years of experience in mechanical infrastructure, with a focus on operational excellence, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring uptime, leading sustainability initiatives, and overseeing expansion projects. Key responsibilities include: • Providing strategic leadership for the District Cooling System, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives; • Developing and implementing operational plans to ensure uptime and efficiency of the system; • Leading sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact; • Overseeing expansion projects to increase capacity and improve infrastructure; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; • Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining relationships with relevant authorities; • Developing and managing budgets for the District Cooling System; • Providing technical guidance and support to team members; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical infrastructure, with experience in district cooling systems, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.
