VP Engineering – DEP Delivery (Digital Banking)

Role Overview We are looking for a senior engineering leader to drive delivery for our Digital Enterprise Platform (DEP) within the digital banking space. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering expertise, deep understanding of digital channels, and experience in building and integrating scalable banking solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking channels (web and mobile). Drive API integration across core banking systems, fintech partners, and third-party providers to deliver seamless customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize engineering initiatives that drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for DEP delivery, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization. Key Requirements Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience in building and integrating scalable banking solutions using modern technologies such as cloud computing, containerization, and microservices architecture. Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks, optimize processes, and improve overall engineering efficiency. Experience in managing and leading large-scale engineering teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
