VP, Cybersecurity Assessments & Resilience

JPMorganChase in Singapore is seeking a Vice President in Cybersecurity & Tech Controls. This role emphasizes designing and executing security assessments and simulations to enhance the firm's cybersecurity posture. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in offensive security, risk management, and automation using AI. The successful candidate will contribute to cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and executing comprehensive security assessments and simulations to identify vulnerabilities and improve the firm's overall cybersecurity posture. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies. • Utilizing AI and automation to streamline cybersecurity operations and enhance threat detection capabilities. • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to continuously improve the firm's defenses. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in offensive security, risk management, and automation using AI. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
