Position Title : VP, Corporate HR (Strategy & Talent) Location: Singapore Reporting To: Corporate HR Director Employment Type: Full-time About RGE Headquartered in Singapore, RGE is a global group of bio-based resources and energy companies with over US$40 billion in assets and 80,000 employees serving 100 markets worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our Corporate HR (Strategy & Talent) function. As VP, Corporate HR (Strategy & Talent), you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to the company's overall business objectives, • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services and initiatives, • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management programs that drive business outcomes, • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, • At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the bio-based resources and energy sector, • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business outcomes, • Strong understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
