VP- Claims Operations (P&C)

We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Insurance Operations Lead In this role, You will be responsible for leading the business unit of more than 300 resources to its maximum potential. You are encouraged to drive team performance, ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy, providing mentorship and development to your direct reports and meeting defined quality, customer experience and efficiency requirements. Responsibilities Daily management of the claims operations team, including planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating work processes and procedures. Develops and implements strategies for process improvements, cost reduction and service excellence. Collaborates with other business units to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provides guidance and support to direct reports on their performance goals and objectives. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with the claims operations function. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal partners. Analyzes and interprets data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of experience in insurance industry, preferably in claims operations or similar role. Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management. Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are an asset. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
