About the role

You won't be building slides. You are the person our VP Property Management calls when the margin of a portfolio company needs to go from 5% to 15%.

Or when an acquisition requires due diligence by Friday, or when a legal change occurs and someone needs to be responsible for the answer.

What you will actually do

• You will calculate acquisitions. You will analyze P&Ls, model unit economics, and support the due diligence of new portfolio companies.

• You will drive on-site integration. You will bring portfolio companies onto Buena's platform with the site managers. You will professionalize processes, fix what is broken, and improve the margin.

• You will be responsible for projects end-to-end. Regulations, operational fire-fighting. Whatever is important and cross-functional is yours.

• You will be the right hand of the PMI Lead and VP Property Management.

Your Profile

• German at C2 or native speaker level.

• Location Berlin, with the willingness to travel regularly to portfolio companies throughout Germany.

• Professional experience in consulting, operations, finance, or startup environments.

• You are confident with P&Ls and financial modeling and work under pressure.

• Ownership. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
