VP, APAC IQVIA Biotech & Delivery Innovation

Job Overview: This client-facing role will be accountable for leading continued growth of IQVIA's Biotech Solutions in APAC as well as overseeing operational success of global study programs and working closely with other members of IQVIA APAC's senior leadership team to further innovate delivery models focused on speed, quality and consistency. The primary responsibility for this role (>60% of time) will involve leadership of IQVIA's APAC Biotech Solutions . This includes: Regional accountability for the growth and development of IQVIA's Biotech Solutions in APAC; oversight of global study programs to ensure operational success; collaboration with other members of IQVIA APAC's senior leadership team to further innovate delivery models focused on speed, quality and consistency. The remaining time (<40%) will be spent on: Strategic planning for the growth and development of IQVIA's Biotech Solutions in APAC; building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners and internal teams; staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership skills, business acumen and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
