Preparatory Accounting / Administration (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Creation of opening entries and verification and booking of incoming entries
• Accounting clarification and daily account statement processing
• Maintenance and updating of customer and supplier master data
• Preliminary preparation of the monthly closing (for tax consultants)
• Taking over various administrative tasks
• Individual agreements for further tasks in this area are possible depending on qualifications

Qualification

• You have a commercial education and practical knowledge in accounting
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing (ZUGPFeRD, Peppol, X-Invoice etc.)
• DATEV knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Independent and structured working style
