What needs to be done:

As a team leader, you are responsible for good team cohesion, you will train new cleaning staff and ensure a motivating working atmosphere. You will also lead by example in object cleaning.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (20 hours/week)

• Quality control: Ensuring our high cleaning standards in the supervised properties.

• Team leadership: Guiding and supporting cleaning staff in their daily tasks.

• Customer service: Receiving and processing customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Digital work organization: Using an iPad or company phone for documentation and optimization of work processes.

• Customer communication: Direct contact person for customers on-site to ensure smooth cooperation.

• You have a good eye for cleanliness

• You have a friendly and service-oriented personality.

• You place great importance on good collaboration with your colleagues, because teamwork makes the dream work.

• Driver's license Class (B) is an advantage
