Job description
Team Planning and Coordination of Construction Site Operations: You are responsible for organizing daily work processes in civil engineering and special foundation construction. This includes coordinating with site managers and engineers to optimize the construction phases and efficiently utilize resources. Leadership and guidance of the construction personnel: You lead the team on-site, brief employees on their respective tasks, motivate them, and ensure a safe working environment. In doing so, you will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling the construction progress, identifying potential risks and taking corrective measures to prevent accidents.
