• As a foreman, you are responsible for the technical leadership and instruction of the employees assigned to you.
• You ensure that the applicable accident prevention regulations are implemented on site.
• You successfully ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and cost specifications on the construction site.
• You successfully use your practical experience in track construction to find the best possible solutions for encountered challenges.

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a civil engineer and/or track layer, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience and sound expertise in civil engineering and/or track construction.
• You are willing to lead your own track construction crew.
• You are familiar with the applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards in the construction industry.
• Willingness to work, flexibility, and commitment are a matter of course for you.
• You possess a Class B driver's license to drive the provided pool car.
