To expand our teams on Sylt, we are looking for an engaged Forewoman/Foreman who will take over the coordination and leadership of our cleaning team.
Tasks
- Organization and coordination of daily cleaning operations
- Leadership, motivation, and guidance of the cleaning team
- Quality control and ensuring our high standards
- Contact person for employees and scheduling
- Structured implementation of workflows on site
Qualification
- Prior experience in cleaning or a leading position
- German language skills in word and writing
- Responsibility, reliability, and organizational talent
- Independent and structured work style
