To strengthen our team in the Technical Service and Maintenance Department, we are looking for a foreman (m/w/d) who convinces with expertise, engagement, and team spirit.

In this position, you are not only responsible for the smooth execution of orders, but also actively shape the contact with our customers and contribute to the successful implementation of projects. Thanks to your experience in dealing with people and resources, you ensure a smooth process and the reliable implementation of our projects. Your tasks
Order execution by assigning object leaders under observance of all existing laws, guidelines, and technical regulations (e.g. UVV)
Safety, cleanliness, and technical integrity of the equipment, tools, and vehicles used
Reporting and documentation of requests, preparation of calculations and offer texts for the object leader
Safety and quality of the performance in assigned orders
Independent customer contact and expansion of existing orders
Representation of the object leadership
Adherence and integration of QM guidelines and processes
Assembly and disassembly of groups, machines, and plant components
Cleaning and maintenance of plants and machines
Documentation of activities and possible deviations from the order list
Safety and cleanliness of the workspaces
Reporting of needs for personal protective equipment to the object leader
Responsibility for personnel and material disposition in the assigned area
Evaluation of employees according to the current process employee evaluation
Safety and cleanliness of the personnel in proper attire
Assumption of representation cases and execution of special assignments
You bring with you
Extended specialized additional qualifications or more than 3 years of specialized experience
Experience in leading one's own department
Knowledge in project management and safe handling of MS
Responsibility and communication skills
Driver's license for forklift and transport vehicles
Knowledge in transportation and fall protection
Health surveillance examinations G25, G41
Teamwork, responsibility, and flexibility
We are particularly pleased if you also have foreign language skills, for example in Russian or Polish
