At the Großenlüder site, elements and modules for innovative timber construction projects throughout Germany are manufactured. In the factory hall, around 20 employees apply their craftsmanship to the production of elements and modules. Our assembly team erects them into timber constructions according to individual architectural designs: schools, office buildings, residential and commercial buildings.

At the beginning of 2027, the new production site in Steinau an der Straße will be opened. It will replace the previous plant in Großenlüder and thus become the new workplace for the Großenlüder team.

• Responsibility for your team and your work area in the execution of timber construction work in element and module construction for modern timber construction projects
• Manufacturing of wall, ceiling, and floor elements in timber construction in our modernly equipped factory hall
• Construction and assembly of our prefabricated modules in all manufacturing steps – from the timber element to the finished room
• Ensuring quality, clean technical implementation, and compliance with REFA specifications
• Close cooperation with workshop management, work preparation, and assembly

• Completed training in the wood sector or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience
• Technical understanding, manual dexterity, as well as a sense of responsibility and leadership competence
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working, as well as quick comprehension, curiosity, and joy in innovation
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration, as well as good German language skills
