Foreman / Site Manager Construction

As a Foreman / Site Manager Construction, you are responsible for the daily operations on the construction site. You ensure that your team can start well-prepared and monitor the schedule, quality, and safety throughout the project.

Your duties include, among others:

• Acting as the first point of contact on the construction site for colleagues and clients;
• Managing and guiding the assembly teams;
• Coordinating daily activities and monitoring progress;
• Ensuring good preparation of the work, including measurements and material supply;
• Reading construction drawings and schedules and translating them into daily practice;
• Identifying deviations and acting promptly in case of additional or reduced work;
• Overseeing the quality, safety, and progress of the project;
• Participating in work and progress meetings;
• Where necessary, participating in the assembly of wall and ceiling systems yourself.

• A salary between €3,900 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

• Demonstrable work experience as a foreman or site manager within construction or finishing work;
• Good construction and technical knowledge;
• Experience in reading construction drawings and schedules;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
• Driver's license B, driver's license E is a plus;
• A valid VCA-VOL and BHV certificate or the willingness to obtain them;
• A collegial attitude and the ability to manage a team in a pleasant way.
