Foreman Gardener

As a foreman gardener, you are the linchpin in the green project. You will guide your team, ensure flawless planning, and maintain contact with clients. While actively participating yourself, you will motivate your colleagues to do their best. You have the overview and ensure that every project is successfully completed.

A selection of your tasks:

• Leading a team of 2 to 7 employees.
• Participating in maintenance and landscaping projects in the outdoor space.
• Making plans and arranging materials on time.
• Maintaining contact with clients and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating in a friendly and engaged work atmosphere.

What do you bring as a foreman gardener?

• You have experience or affinity with green spaces and a passion for outdoor projects.
• You possess a B driving license and are willing to obtain VOL-VCA (if you do not already have it).
• You are a team player with organizational talent and know how to motivate people.
• You master the Dutch language.
