Job description
Job Description:
As a foreman, you are the right hand of the production manager and the point of contact for your team. You coordinate the work, supervise quality and safety, and contribute to an efficient production process. You actively participate and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and guiding the production team
- Monitoring planning, quality and safety
- Scheduling and distributing activities
- Solving operational problems and identifying areas for improvement
- Reporting to the team leader
What we ask
- Experience as a foreman or working supervisor
- Knowledge of coating, painting or similar production processes is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
- Driver's license B is an advantage
