Join our Global Leadership Development program in one or more of the following divisions or teams: A. Human Resources (HR): Master essential HR skills while supporting our global team. Assist with applications, interviews; coordinate recruitment processes; develop and implement training programs for staff members; maintain accurate records and databases; provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. B. Program Development: Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of IHF's programs and projects. Develop and review program proposals; conduct needs assessments; identify and prioritize project goals; collaborate with team members to develop strategies and action plans. C. Communications: Utilize your creative skills to promote IHF's mission and activities through various channels (social media, email newsletters, blog posts). Write engaging content; design visually appealing materials; maintain a consistent brand voice and tone. D. Digital Content Creation: Create high-quality digital content (videos, podcasts, articles) that showcases IHF's work and impact. Conduct interviews with program participants; edit and produce multimedia content; develop and implement content strategies to engage audiences.
