• Precision: You will develop a feel for language and write stylistically confident texts directly in our editorial system.
• Professional: You will be present at all important events and maintain the necessary professional distance at all times.

• Foundation: You have your Abitur (high school diploma) or an equivalent school-leaving qualification.
• Personality: You are friendly, communicative, resilient, and a true team player.
• Online competence: You think "only-online" and are eager to work with digital formats.
• Mobility: You have a car driver's license to get to your appointments in the region quickly and safely.
