For the strengthening of our team, we are looking for support at the earliest possible time. Our company delivers 24/7 live chat support to our automotive customers.

Tasks

We are a young, innovative Berlin-based company and offer a secure workplace in an unlimited fixed-term employment contract with a large proportion of home office times.

You will be assigned to our chat support team. You will receive fixed working hours and take chat inquiries at the computer and answer them professionally. There is no need to sell anything. All inquiries come from customers who have questions about service terms, new or used cars. Working at night or on weekends is not mandatory. We ask you when you would like to work!

Qualification

What you should bring:

- Developed communication skills in writing and speaking

- Interest or experience with cars, or vehicles

- Solid computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) - You are quick on the keyboard

- Experience in customer support is advantageous
