To strengthen our legal teams at our Berlin or Karlsruhe locations, we are looking for an experienced individual. In this role, you will combine the processing of complex legal issues with the strategic transformation of our company and the legal department through Legal Tech and AI solutions on a national and international level.

Tasks

• Self-contained handling of all legal matters arising in an international IT conglomerate, primarily in the commercial sector.
• Juristical accompaniment of projects, product developments, and introductions, as well as implementation of various legal requirements.
• Strategic consulting on all aspects related to the use of AI and AI governance.
• Examination, design, and negotiation of contracts in German and English.
• Identification of processes suitable for automation in the legal field with the help of Legal Tech and AI, briefing, and implementation of such solutions.

Qualifications

To fill this prominent position, you have a completed legal education with two state exams and bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment.

• Generalist thinking with structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to anchor economically viable legal solutions on all organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at the executive level, as well as experience in moderating goal conflicts.
• A high degree of self-initiative, willingness to take responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Ideal candidate has experience mentoring less experienced team members.
