To strengthen our Legal Team at the Berlin location, we are looking for you as an experienced (Senior) Fully Qualified Lawyer (m/f/d). In this role, you will combine handling complex legal issues with the strategic transformation of our company and the legal department through Legal Tech and AI solutions at both national and international levels.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of all legal matters arising in an international IT group, with a focus on the commercial sector.
• Legal support for projects, product developments, and launches, as well as implementation of various legal requirements.
• Strategic advice on all legal aspects related to the use of AI and AI governance.
• Review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts in German and English.
• Identification of processes suitable for automation in the legal sector using Legal Tech and AI, as well as briefing and implementation of such solutions.

Qualifications

For this prominent position, you have an above-average completed legal education with two state examinations and several years of professional experience in an international environment.

• Generalist mindset with structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented thinking and action.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to embed economically viable legal solutions at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills at an executive level, as well as experience in moderating conflicts of interest.
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, experience in mentoring less experienced team members.
