To strengthen our legal teams at our Berlin or Karlsruhe locations, we are looking for an experienced individual. In this role, you will combine the processing of complex legal issues with the strategic transformation of our company and the legal department through Legal Tech and AI solutions on a national and international level.

Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Betreuung aller in einem internationalen IT-Konzern anfallenden Rechtsangelegenheiten, schwerpunktmäßig im Commercial-Bereich.
• Juristische Begleitung von Projekten, Produktentwicklungen und -einführungen sowie Umsetzung von rechtlichen Anforderungen unterschiedlichster Art.
• Strategische Beratung zu allen mit dem Einsatz von KI verbundenen rechtlichen Aspekten und KI-Governance.
• Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
• Identifikation von für die Automatisierung geeigneten Prozessen im Rechtsbereich mit Hilfe von Legal Tech und KI sowie Briefing und Umsetzung solcher Lösungen.

Qualifikationen

For this prominent position, you have a completed legal education with two state exams and bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment.

• Generalistische Denkweise mit strukturiertem, pragmatischem und lösungsorientiertem Denken und Handeln.
• Unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, wirtschaftlich tragfähige rechtliche Lösungen auf allen Organisationsebenen zu verankern.
• Herausragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf Executive-Niveau sowie Erfahrung in der Moderation von Zielkonflikten.
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Mentoring von weniger erfahrenen Teammitgliedern.
